What does the product look like when it’s installed? Does it fit in to this high end home or business, are the colors the same as you create a virtual plane of finishes or are the white’s slightly off? Does the shade system sit flush in the window? If you are accenting the window and the shade is the material of the fabric finished off in the right way? Taking all of these questions in to account we created an American made shade cover and mount system that conceals the shade within the tightest of spaces and allows our clients to choose the finish that goes on the cover. We also have a patented gap fill concept built in to each valence that allows us to bump end caps out eliminating any light gap at the end of cover hardware. Our mounts are made from an American stainless steel and tumbled to perfection, our covers and end caps are laser cut American cold rolled steel and CNC bent to exact tolerances providing a sleek and built in look to our shades. Multiple elements of our mount system are patented and allow for a clean, custom and built-in look within any environment.
On top of our mount system we have created our own patented way of blacking out light gap at the edge of shade fabric as it raises and lowers, a patented way of extending tubing without compromising hardware, a patented bicycle inspired chain guide system to go along with our top of the line chain clutch.
