It took a while to get the blinds in but once they were in they came during time frame and install was great.

Jaxon did an excellent job on the install of our new roller blinds on our kitchen windows and sliding door. He was very thorough in his work and friendly and professional in our home. He made sure we were satisfied with our blinds and the service he provided. Adam was our first contact and we never felt pressured or rushed to make our decision. Our order was stuck in shipping for awhile (we understood it was out of their control) and the customer service has been excellent, they kept us informed weekly on the status through out the whole process. From start to finish Site Shade has been great to work with.

These blinds were definitely worth the wait. From the time we ordered them to the day it got installed was prolonged because of ups strike and all. But the customer service within the wait period was amazing. They updated us on every step and gave us great service. We love the blinds and we will definitely will be working with them again.

The shades blend in perfectly with the rooms, having them custom paint the valance makes such a difference. Install was quick and well done. Site Shade has done my whole home and they have been great to work with.
