He was very thorough in his work and friendly and professional in our home. He made sure we were satisfied with our blinds and the service he provided.
Adam was our first contact and we never felt pressured or rushed to make our decision. Our order was stuck in shipping for awhile (we understood it was out of their control) and  the customer service has been excellent, they kept us informed weekly on the status through out the whole process. From the time we ordered them to the day it got installed was prolonged because of ups strike and all. But the customer service within the wait period was amazing.
